About The Professional Edge
The Professional Edge is family-owned, faith based organization and operated in Huntertown, Indiana offering employment regional and national counseling, recruiting, screening, placement, outplacement and human resources management services. Since our company opened its doors we’ve treated every client like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
For the progressive Employer we offer the custom designed Professional "Right Fit" Program. Unique to the recruiting and placement industry. We charge an economical , 25% fee based on the first year annual salary of the position we successfully fill, and our candidates are guaranteed for two years. If within the first two years of employment, the candidate is terminated for just-cause and/or resigns from the position. The Professional Edge will repeat the process and replace that candidate with another qualified candidate of the Employer’s choice at no fee.
