We are a regionally-based offering national executive search and career services organization providing a wide variety of free services and fee based non-direct employment assistance to our clients with a wide range of services and products subject to their needs and wants.
We determine if we will charge a fee and the extent of that fee after we assess our clients. The commitment is to work with our clients until they have accepted positions of their choice. Fees depend on the services selected by the clients and are not recurring.

• Self-Study Training Material on the most effective use of the new cover letter and resume in an active and successful job search.
The Mock Interview includes:
• Preparatory and Training material
• Pre-interview consultation and one-on-one coaching
• Corporation's/Company's Job description and source documents for research
• One-hour, videoed mock interview. The DVD will then be provided to the client.
• A simulated interview involving two principles and the client. The principles are a professional communication coach and a
professional career coach.
• Verbal feedback, recommendations, and communication skills coaching throughout the interview
• A summarized/detailed written evaluation/recommendation report.
Another option is the Buffet Career Package--the clients can pick and choose what they need, with the price being a set fee. This way clients benefit specifically choosing their services and we focus on the skill development most appropriate for them in gaining employment.
