A well established and printing firm (Prentice Products) with headquarters located in Fort Wayne, Indiana as an immediate need for an experienced Sales Representative to be based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with sales responsibilities within a 100 mile radius of Cincinnati. Prentice Products offers and provides printing solutions for every industry including: banners, point of purchase, posters and trade shows.

Job summary

Sells screen printing and/or graphic imaging products for manufacturer, distributor, or printer to business and industrial establishments by performing the following duties personally.

  Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.

  Makes presentations of company products and services.

  Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.  

  Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

  Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.

  Solves customer problems and complaints that are routine and refers more complex sales and technical

  problems to company management.

  Reviews trade literature for new developments and products in the field.


Education and Experience required

Bachelor¹s degree or two year Associate Degree with emphasis on sales, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong skills in work planning, scheduling, and must have good judgment of color, design, and printing quality.


EH&S Manager-Warsaw, Indiana


Excellent Opportunity for an experienced: EH&S Manager with a well established and respected multi-site manufacturer in Warsaw, Indiana, Ohio and Kansas 

 Reports to: Senior Vice President of US Manufacturing 

 This position is responsible for the continuous development and effective implementation of the organization’s Environmental, Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. The EHS Manager is ultimately responsible for having an effective workplace environmental, health and safety program and culture in place. 

•Provides overall leadership, professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of Environmental, Health and Safety processes 
•Stay current on existing and proposed environmental, health and safety regulations while providing recommendations for changes to current policies/practices based on new or revised regulations; provide details on regulations through research, case studies, and letters of interpretation; provide advice and counsel concerning compliance, laws, codes, regulations, best practices and standards 
•Design, implement and maintain effective environmental, health, and safety programs that comply with relevant regulations, international standards for EH&S programs (ISO-14001 and OHSAS-18001) and the Company’s management system requirements; Create and maintain process documentation including process flow charts, policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records as appropriate. 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS 

 Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

•Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA/Environmental laws and regulations for Indiana, Ohio, Kansas 
•Proven ability to determine root causes of accidents and implement corrective actions 
•Strong leadership and proactive problem solving skills 
•Broad knowledge of health, safety, and environmental principles, practices and procedures 
•Proven ability to communicate and present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form 
•Proven ability to write technical documents such as procedures and specifications 
•Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Outlook (or related e-mail system)

Sales and Marketing Manager  $75-90K

Excellent opportunity with a well-established and respected Fort Wayne area organization for a seasoned senior level sales and marketing management professional to oversee sales function both domestically and internationally. Expected to set pricing strategy and work closely with marketing to position products or services to achieve maximum sales potential. 

•Directly supervises various managers in the Marketing and Sales, and Graphic departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training and retraining competent staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
•Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
•Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
•Oversees development and production of promotional and collateral materials.
•Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including trade show exhibits, printed material, online or electronic media, and direct mail.
•Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
•Working with Technical Service, advises upper management on product development, warranty, design and component issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.

 Education and/or Experience 
•Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
•CSFP Certification
•Ten years related experience in Sales / Marketing 
•Five years related experience in Foodservice Equipment Industry.
•Five years experience as senior level manager.

 Equipment and Applications

•Knowledge of personal computer utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software. Knowledge of MAS90 application is helpful

 Other Training or Qualifications
•Excellent knowledge of Foodservice products, pricing practices, and selling skills. Effective management skills with ability to manage a major portion of the company's field sales operations.
